Tabitha Riley discusses how her Theater degree paradoxically prepared her for a career outside of the arts and how she uses those degree-based skills in Higher Education. Looking ahead, Tabitha shares her goal of one day becoming a Dean of Students and how juggling a career and pursuing her doctoral degree are all doable!
